Module 2: GUT + IMMUNE SYSTEM REGULATION

In Module 2 we work to understand gut health and how the gut functions as 70% of our immune system.

This is important in understanding how to regulate immune function to avoid an overactive inflammatory immune response i.e. autoimmunity.

We take action to remove inflammatory triggers and we learn how to increase our beneficial gut bacteria and how to feed them so that they can thrive. There are a few recipes to practice and snacks to implement in this module (these also build on the blood sugar balance progress you will have made in Module 1).

Last but not least we also cover why gluten is a problem for people with Hypothyroidism and we build a morning and evening gut health routine.
